DRAMA ON BANGLADESH SELECTION

Bangladesh team selection has turned dramatically after selection committee's submission of 15-men squad for Bangladesh WC campaign on Monday. The Technical Committee of BCB seems to drop Mohammad Ashraful from the final team, but its yet to be confirmed. Sources said, Ashraful will be replaced by Alok Kapali or Jahurul Islam, both of them are middle-order batsman.

Of the two, Alok has the better chance to get it, as he maintains his good scoring and all round performance high in domestic level. This adds with his experience level. On the other hand Jahurul is a fresh one, played only 6 ODI with 31 average, has find his back with his outstanding performance whole through the year in domestic arena.
Alok Kapali

Whether Alok or Jahurul, Bangladesh Fans are eager to have their MASH and ASH on the team. Its been said, if other teams like Australia and India can wait till 8 February to get their injured man, why don't we. Exclusion of Mashrafe in the team is now a big question to Bangladeshi Minds.
Ashraful has the back for the long time (165 ODI with 24 Average), though have failed to meet the expectation level, fans want to give him a chance in this MEGA event  on their own soil.
The selection committee and technical committee's dual breaks the heart of millions. Whether who is in or out, success in WC2011 can bury the controversies; otherwise, selectors and board will be burnt by fire of hope, hope of the whole nation, Bangladesh.

Probable Bangladesh Team: Sakib al Hasan (Capt), Tamim Iqbal (Vice), Imrul Kayes, Shahriar Nafees Junaed Siddique,Alok Kapali/Jahurul Islam, Mushfiqur Rahim (Wk), Mahmudullah, Naeem Islam , Sohrawardi Shuvo, Abdur Razzak, Shafiul Islam, Nazmul Hossain and Rubel Hossain.
