INDIA's Playing 11

Hello people ! many of them were saying india should have got this player and india should have got that player but its all over now the 15 member team for the world cup has been picked now. so let us take a look at the possible playing 11 and the role of each players in team india .

As far as india is concerned there is no problem in filling top three places in our batting line up.sachin and shewag will open the innings followed by gautam gambir. then comes the yuvraj singh followed by the indian captain ms dhoni at no5. till this position india had a settled batting line up and been very successful playing in these order. normally suresh raina comes at no 6 and he is good in that position too but his recent form in south africa series has raised many doubts in minds of all the people. however i feel that he will perform well in indian conditions if he dosent then its a real head ache for india as india dont have a specalist batsman at no6 except raina. virat kholi has been scoring more than thousands runs last year and still cant find a place so he will be given chance if raina fails in first three matches. there two posiiblities are there ,one is promoting virat at 4 and dhoni playing at 6 or straight away making him play at no6,but that will be a bit harsh on the delhi youngster as he is doing well in top the order.so the first option is likely to happen if he is included.kholli is among the runs but team is more important than any individual,its more important to get right combination for world cup.offcourse you all know who is gonna play at no7 its none other than yusuf pathan.baji at 8 and praveen at 9 zaheer at 10 and nehra/ patel at 11.patel will a get chance only if praveen or nehra not doing well or injured,but who knows dhoni is bit of a gambler he may take patel ahead of praveen who dint have enough match practice due to injury.as far as ashwin and chawla is concerned their chances hugely depends up on pitch and the oppenents. say for example india playing west indies in chennai where spinners will get lot of assistance.so in this case dhoni may pick ashwin ahead of third seamer because ashwin can also bowl on powerplay which is a major advantage for him comparing chawla.

As far as team is concerned this is said to be sachins last wc even though im not sure but presence of sachin in a team will make a big difference adding his superior on going form bowlers are gonna loose their heart even before sachin comes to bats.sachin so far have played five world cup and performed well and he is averaging about 57.94 in five wc. then viru is brilliant after his shoulder injury.infact after recovering from injury shewag made a slight modification to his game which is not to smash each and every ball taking less risk.he has been successful playing like this and able to score in odi as well.gautam gambir is in top form it is very much evident in south african series.he can score in descent phase and anchor the innings as well.next is yuvi.his current form might not be great but he is expected to do well in sub continent.to be honest yuvi is not in very poor form he scored a crucial fifty in south africa and played well in many short innings so i will very strongly say that yuvi is still a game changer.coming to no 5 indian skipper mahendra singh dhoni is doing a excellent job in this position.dhoni is very consistent among runs he is world no 1 in icc ratings for past two years,this shows how consistent he is. msd is a genuine match winner. he can anchor the innigs, play agreesively , involve in partnership with any body and finish as well. what else can you expect from a batsman at this position

raina is surely a bit of worry after south africa series.he has to perform well in practice matches to stop any confusions wheather to swap him with kholi or not.to be honest raina has done well in sub continent when ever he was given chance.last (batsman) but not the least yusuf has acheived two centuries recently, shown the world how he can win a match single handedly from no where to a unbelivable victory with his lusty hits.yusuf has improved a lot in his comeback to the team.yusuf's two 100s would have defenitely sends a strong message to rest of the batsman in the team that 3 or 4 quick wickets not to get panic or not to loose hope and to go for big hits just play slowly and anchor the innings this man can do the rest.baji,praveen would be very handy at down the order, and baji should not be taken lightly as he is doing really well with the bat.now a days all indian tailenders and lower order batsman can play a bit and give support to batsman playing at other end.credit goes to garry kirsten.comin to bowling department zack is our spear head he will be surely among wickets and will play a crucial role towards the depth.praveen should be given the new ball and dhoni used try to make full use of him before 30 overs.nehra has done well so far but he has keep on performing well if not he may loose his place to munaf.baji role is very crucial he should not be just economical but also should be taking wickets. surely he will get suport from part timers like in form(with ball) yuvraj singh and yusuf.fielding is one department were indian team dosent looks strong but not weak either.
